Minutes – Minutes from 11/04/40 Members Meeting deferred at this time.

Discussion regarding the Assessment vote – not enough votes thus far.  Noted that ballots are valid until December 14, 2004.  Efforts to continue to encourage members to vote for this issue.

Discussion regarding Christmas Décor Event.

Discussion regarding volunteers to help with association issues/events.  Call for volunteers to help Barry House (volunteer organizer for this activity) with assessment votes – no one in attendance at this meeting volunteered for this activity.  Copies of “have voted” list made by Charles Kilgore and distributed. 

Discussion regarding Landscaping Committee, members, function, etc.  D. Ryan speaks for committee, as no Chairperson in currently in place.  Board requests list of members of this committee.

Members Meeting continued to December 9, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church on North Ctny. Pkwy.

Discussion regarding discretionary funds to be utilized by Board per State Statutes.

Discussion regarding duties of “Landscaping Committee” discussed.  Board states SOPs for Committees will be set after assessment and Bylaws. 

Discussion regarding irrigation repairs and state fo irrigation system in SL.  Board states APM can coordinate major repairs and begin to generate platt of SL/IE Irrigation System.

Discussion regarding Gazebo repair status – Sonia to set up with J. Ingram. 

Sonia Richards – related general information about Killarney repairs.  No written report was submitted for Stormwater Drainage Committee.  Co-Chairs not present.

Court Summons regarding C&R Enforcement announced.  Outcome of mediation to follow.
 

· No Committees formally reported at this meeting and no written Committee Reports were submitted to the Board.
 

Bylaws Draft Review – Board discussed draft of Bylaws revision provided by the Bylaws Committee.  Changes made – Bob Gower has copy of changes to give to Bylaws Committee.
