THERE WAS NO QUORUM TO HOLD THE ANNUAL MEETING

 THEREFORE THE EXISTING BOARD AND ARC COMMITTEE CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

Organizational Meeting called to Order by Mathew Long at 8:10pm. 

Election of Officers:  

Mathew Long made the motion that all officers keep the same position, seconded by Ed Schaffer and all were in favor.

Vice President Chris Gerace
Secretary Gina McDonald
Treasurer 
Director at Large Ed Schaffer

NEW BUSINESS: 
Mathew Long made a motion to ratify the following:
Lawn Company, Gate Remote System, Repairs on Kilarney, and BCSO Policing Comm. It was seconded Gina McDonald and all were in favor.

Van Moore talked to the all about the gate problems. Parts were getting harder to obtain and Dave York said it was difficult to get remotes that would work as the system is out-
dated. New details will be sent about other gate options to the board members for follow up at the next meeting. 

OLD BUSINESS: 
A discussion about a non resident using the Tennis courts to give lessons to non residents was discussed. The solution was decided; to put up signs “tennis courts are for residents use only”.

Next Meeting Date will be May 18th in the Park.
