Call to Order: Lee Tibbits called the meeting to order at 7:15pm

Election of Officers: Lee Tibbits nominated Chris Gerace as President, Mathew Long seconded and all were in favor.  Mathew Long nominated Lee Tibbits as Vice President, Gina McDonald seconded and all were in favor.  Mathew Long nominated Gina McDonald as Secretary, Ed Schaffer seconded and all were in favor.  Lee Tibbits nominated Mathew Long as Treasurer, Ed Schaffer seconded and all were in favor.  Ed Schaffer is Director at Large by default.
 
Adjournment:  Mathew Long motioned to adjourn at 7:25pm, Gina McDonald seconded and all were in favor.
