Call to Order: 7:20p.m.

Verify Quorum: Mathew Long, Ed Schaffer, Lee Tibbits, Gina McDonald, Van Moore from APM were all present. Chris Gerace was absent.
 
Approval of Minutes from Sept. 22, 2009 Ed Schaffer motioned to approve seconded by Mathew Long
All were in favor. 

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Treasurer Reports:  Finances, Outstanding Dues, Liens and Foreclosures.
Mathew reported the community is in good shape. The year finished $10K under budget, but there will still be a deficit of $7K. Liens and Foreclosures brought up a discussion about collections .which continued for awhile.

OLD BUSINESS: 

Opportunities: 
1) Fish Kill was completed at a cost of $3K
2) Lawn Service; Ed motioned to terminate M&M/ Brevard Fencing & Landscaping,       Gina seconded and All were in favor.

Wins: 
1) Mulching common gardens completed
2) Fish removal done.
3) Park improvements: Gina motioned to get a new slide, Mathew seconded, and All were in favor.

NEW BUSINESS:

1) Budget Approval Gina motioned, Ed seconded, All were in favor.
2) Landscaping design and upkeep: Lee said Island Estates landscape looks great.
