ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:  The organization meeting of SLHOA was called to order at  8:25 PM.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

President:  A motion was made by Matt Ryan that Pat Kerr be President of SLHOA.  The motion was seconded by Marcia Johns and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Vice President:    A motion was made by David Diamond that Dave York be Vice President of SLHOA.  The motion was seconded by Pat Kerr and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.  

Secretary:  A motion was made by Matt Ryan for Marcia Johns to be secretary for SLHOA.  The motion was seconded by Pat Kerr and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote. 

Treasurer:   A motion was made by Marcia Johns for Matt Ryan to be the treasurer for SLHOA.  The motion was seconded by David Diamond and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

 NEW BUSINESS:  Pat Kerr requested vendors not be at the meeting when bids discussed.  Marcia Johns inquired on the status of the rehabilitation letter.  The attorney will be sending the letter soon,

Discussion on the total percent required to change the Bylaws.  It was decided to speak with the attorney on the best way to address this.  

Matt Ryan made a motion to terminate the contract with Lake Doctor and hire Aquatic Systems starting April 1, 2006.  Marcia Johns seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

NEXT MEETING:  Meetings will continue to be held the third Tuesday of each Month at 7:00PM at Grace Lutheran Church.

ADJOURNMENT:  With no further business to discuss Marcia Johns  made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  The motion was seconded by Pat Kerr and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.  Meeting adjourned at 8:45.
