Call to order by Chairman:  The budget meeting was called to order by Pat Kerr at 7:00PM

 Roll call and quorum determination:  The proposed budget does not require a quorum of the community.    Board members present were Pat Kerr, Dave York,  Matt Ryan and Marcia Johns.  Dave Diamond was not able to attend.  Kathy Watts represented Advanced Property Management.

Budget Discussion and Approval by Board:  Matt Ryan went over the 2007 budget and asked if there were any questions from the residents.  Matt went over a few of the increases on the budget.

Dave York made a motion to approve the budget as stated.  Marcia Johns seconded and passed by unanimous voice vote.  
 
ADJOURNMENT:  Marcia Johns made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:05m.   Matt Ryan seconded and was passed by unanimous voice vote.
