CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm. 

VERIFY QUORUM: Chris Gerace, Mathew Long, Ed Schaffer and Lee Tibbits were all present establishing a quorum. Gina McDonald could not attend. Van Moore of APM was also in attendance.  

OLD BUSINESS
1. Security Lighting in the Park: The Board discussed the lighting briefly and then the Board and members present walked with APM to identify the placement of the light poles. After the walk around was completed the board and APM discussed the two bids received ranging from $10K to $12K. There was a question brought up by another electrical contractor that there was not enough amperage at the “hand hold/meter box” to support the additional lighting. Brevard Electric and Florida Bulb & Ballast verified and confirmed there was plenty of amperage to support the additional lighting. Ed Schaffer reported that he was told by 2 different sources that the Brevard County Zoning board would help with the lighting. More specifically IF the zoning board felt the extra lighting is necessary they would instruct FPL to install the lighting and the Association could Lease to Own the lights thru FPL.  APM will research this and report back to the board on details. No vote was taken and the Security Lighting is put on hold until the APM report.

2. Playground Equipment for Main Park: The board discussed the pricing provided for replacement plastic components for the existing playground equipment. Lee Tibbits complimented the wood work done by APM Maintenance. Chris Gerace complimented the new tire swings Ed Schaffer paid for and installed. The board decided to put the playground on hold until the lighting is installed to prevent or reduce the chance of vandalism to the new equipment.
