NEW GATE ENTRY SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE UPGRADE: The Board of Directors has recently hired a company to come in and update the software and equipment for all 3 entry gates. 

YOU NEED NEW REMOTES: There are 2 ways to get your new remotes; (1) you can exchange your existing “clik card” remotes for new remotes free of charge. 
(2) Additional remotes are available at $15 ea. 

WHERE TO GET YOUR NEW REMOTES: Please leave a message for Lee Tibbitts (474-5635) or Jacki Tibbitts (368-5177) to arrange an appointment time to exchange your gate remote control clickers. Please do NOT contact Dave York, as indicated on the letter sent out from APM previously. Mr. York is no longer handing out our gate remote control clickers. OR residents can still get them from APM at the office during normal business hours and no need to call just come on by and exchange them.

HOW YOU SET THE REMOTE: The remote has a cover you should remove it to enable the battery by removing the plastic film. There are 10 dip switches that are preset by the factory. Leave them in their current position. These switches will allow us to change the code from time to time to enhance security from Non-Residents or past residents getting access. There is an instruction sheet for each remote. 

REMEMBER: “Clik Card” remotes handed in will be replaced free of charge with the new kind of remote, ALL other remotes will be provided at $15ea. Remotes will be on hand at the November 1st Board Meeting.
