Property Management (APM)
is our current Property Management Company and will be generally managing
the affairs of our community. APM wishes the residents of Sunset
Lakes/Island Estates to call them about concerns involving landscaping,
maintenance issues and perceived violations. They want to be aware
of the areas needing attention and to monitor resolution of these issues.

Remote Controls:
Our Property
Management Company must verify your residence in Sunset Lakes before you
receive a free remote control to access the privacy gates of our community.
Once you have been verified as a resident, you may pick a remote up from
a neighbor volunteer who has agreed to hand out clickers for the convenience
of the residents. New residents receive their first remote control free. If "new resident" has purchased an existing property, new resident must obtain remote from selling party, if not a $30 charge is imposed.
There is a charge for additional remotes after
the first free one.
Once APM becomes
fully familiar with our HOA needs, there may be an adjustment in the remote
arrangement. After November 1, 2004, please call or email APM to
obtain information regarding remote assignment to new residents.
