From the Board…
Your HOA Board of Directors is putting together a Sunset Lakes community advisory committee. The primary purpose of the committee is for your HOA Board to have access to a wide range of expertise, experience and opinion  in all matters relating to the community. Ideally this forum will allow residents who don.t have the time or interest in formally working on the board to have input and take part in the many decisions that affect a large  community such as ours. While the specifics have yet to be worked out the committee charter is expected to be flexible and fairly informal. The  committee will be granted no powers nor establish any rules or regulations   pertaining to the community. A current HOA Board member will chair the  committee and establish the time and location for the meetings. Ideally the committee will meet at a member.s residence. If you are interested please contact one of your board members. We are looking for residents who have an interest in the community, are willing to commit the time, and most importantly, willing to respect and work with other committee members.
